SMS Terms of Service

DYNAMIC GROUP, INC.

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the DYNAMIC GROUP, INC. SMS text messaging program (the "Program"). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. About the SMS program

The DYNAMIC GROUP, INC. SMS Program sends promotional and informational text messages to customers and prospective customers of DYNAMIC GROUP, INC., a Chicagoland kitchen, bath, and closet remodeling company. Use cases for messages sent through the Program include:

2. How to opt in

You can opt in to the Program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form at https://optin.revstackapp.com. Opting in is optional; consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from DYNAMIC GROUP, INC.

3. How to opt out — Reply STOP

You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message, and you will not receive any further messages from the Program unless you opt in again.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our messaging schedule. You should expect approximately 2–6 messages per month. Frequency may be higher during active project phases (e.g., during an active remodeling job with scheduled milestones).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent or received as part of the Program. DYNAMIC GROUP, INC. is not responsible for any carrier charges you incur. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.

7. Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The wireless carriers used to deliver Program messages, including (but not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, and Boost, are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to or participate in the Program. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are the subscriber of the mobile phone number you provided, or have the authority to opt in that number to the Program.

9. Privacy

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in consent, and SMS message content are governed by our Privacy Policy. As stated in that policy, DYNAMIC GROUP, INC. does not share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or any SMS opt-in related information to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Supported devices and carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. The Program may not be available on all carriers or in all locations. If your carrier does not support the Program, you may not be able to opt in or receive messages.

11. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active Program participants by SMS or email prior to taking effect. Continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
